Why might I need to factory re-install my computer?

The remains of old software, damaged files and spyware conspire to make your computer much slower or even stop altogether

When a machine has caught something just a little too much for our wide range of high power maintenance tools to service effectively we have to recommend a factory re-installation.

First of all we take of copy of the customer's entire hard disk (confidentiality guaranteed). Then after formatting the hard disk drive we re-install MS Windows or Mac OS (and application software by arrangement).

Finally, we restore the usefull information from the copy so email, my documents and photographs all appear in their original locations.
